Summary of the role
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and documenting products within your area of responsibility. You are a core member of the Product team, responsible for shaping the vision and direction of the platform and ensuring alignment with business values and operations’ needs. A deep understanding of the needs of the business is required to support the project to help provide exceptional end-to-end customer experience with Lionbridge Technology. You will have a keen in-depth knowledge of technological innovations and their applications to deliver value to customers.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design and implementation of product features
- Define the vision for your product at Lionbridge
- Discover and clarify product requirements via conversations with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, UX, engineering, and Operations
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create user documentation for the product
- Work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
- Partner with stakeholders and users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
- Assist in designing User Experience
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products while balancing the requirements of stakeholders
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of progress
- Collaborate with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs, and translate them into product requirements
- Present product features and updates externally to customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product value
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Leadership and Subject Matter expertise in cutting-edge Localization Technology is required
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager or in roles with transferable soft skills
- The ability to see and understand the customer content lifecycle as a whole
- The ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical content to different audiences
- The ability to respectfully and professionally communicate and work closely with people of different trainings and backgrounds
- Preferably, expertise in technologies such as TMS, MT, CAT Tools, Content Connectors, AI, ML, data analytics, and BI reporting
