Join an international media localization team and help ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of subtitled content to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate subtitling assignments and maintain accurate records
• Monitor vendor submissions and follow up on delayed files
• Perform quality checks and prepare final deliverables
• Coordinate with Client Managers, Language Teams, GTS Support, and Finance
• Support team members and provide workflow training/back-up when needed
Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Graduates of Media and Communication or other Communication-related courses are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in English and Polish – written and spoken
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player who can also work independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and databases
