Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee and coordinate translation projects from initiation to completion. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end process of translation workflows, with a particular emphasis on Spanish language content.

- Not a translator role, but a project management position centered on supporting translation and localization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage translation projects end-to-end, from initial intake and submission through delivery, ensuring timely execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and translation teams. Spot issues early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Process Oversight: Gatekeep project submission standards, ensuring all materials are ready for translation. Monitor timelines, quality assurance, and formatting.
- Quality & Metrics: Conduct QA checks, gather data/metrics, and contribute to training meetings and process improvements.
- High Volume Management: Handle a large volume of translation projects, with attention to detail and consistency across deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in project management, preferably in translation or localization.
- Familiarity with Spanish is highly preferred, as many projects involve Spanish language content.
- Experience with CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation) and MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing) processes.
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, especially during the critical early stages of projects.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly and handle complex workflows.
Preferred Software/Technical Skills:
- Experience with Translation Project Management Systems (e.g., XTRF, Memsource/Phrase, Smartling).
- Proficiency in CAT tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast).
