Description:

Our Quality Programs team is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and collaborative individual with the skills to perform accurate root cause analysis and help influence and drive solutions based on client-specific scope of work and processes.

Position Overview

  • Must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuously improving quality metrics in line with client-defined standards and programs where excellence is always expected.
  • The overall goal of our Quality Program is to reduce or eliminate persistent issues and improve the quality of deliverable assets to our clients, ultimately enhancing the end-user experience.
  • In this role, you will work cross-functionally, actively engaging with Localization, Fulfilment, and Audio teams.
  • The environment is fast paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and to manage aggressive deadlines.
  • The ideal candidate will be diligent in investigating issues thoroughly and persistent in gathering data that factually supports cause and effect.
  • You should also show an eagerness to improve existing quality yields and internal processes.
  • The right mix of organizational and communication skills is key to success. Attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively are essential.

  • This position will be onsite in the APAC region, working alongside our global counterparts.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Subtitling, Dubbing, Fulfilment, and Client Services, as well as global points of contact.
  • Promote high standards for localization quality.
  • Work with teams to determine root causes of errors and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions over time.
  • Compile, manage, and report on weekly and monthly project metrics; attend meetings to align on project requirements.
  • Support key quality initiatives under the direction of senior management, both individually and as a team contributor.
  • Proactively escalate quality issues to team management.
  • Review client rejections and ensure all responses are accurate and detailed.
  • Monitor and measure progress to ensure programs and projects meet or exceed performance targets, with accurate status documentation.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues related to APAC titles or languages.
  • Provide insights that lead to both short-term resolutions and long-term improvements.
  • Track trends and highlight areas for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel (data organization) and PowerPoint.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting and clearly explaining subject matter to various levels of management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience in localization, quality control, or media workflows.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities; open to innovative ideas.
  • Experience managing quality programs and performance metrics.
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing workflows and processes, with an eye for identifying deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working with large datasets, generating reports, and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Ability to collaborate with and motivate a culturally diverse, distributed team.
