We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our Globalization efforts, with a specific focus on product localization. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team working to deliver high-quality, locally relevant experiences to Oura users around the world.

In this role, you’ll help ensure our product localization workflows run smoothly. You’ll collaborate with experienced vendors, work with advanced localization tools, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. This is a shared role alongside another team member, requiring close collaboration, attention to detail, and strong coordination across teams.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

This role is based in Finland. You need to be living in or open to relocation to Finland to be considered for this position.

What You will do:

  • Support app localization in Oura’s global markets, tailoring user-facing content to be clear, accurate, and culturally relevant
  • Collaborate closely with another Globalization PM, as well as product, design, UX writing, engineering, and data teams
  • Coordinate localization of product features, onboarding flows, app UI, and notifications across all supported languages
  • Contribute to and maintain app-specific glossaries, terminology lists, and style guides aligned with Oura’s tone of voice
  • Manage localization workflows and timelines for app content, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent quality
  • Help onboard, train, and support linguists and localization vendors working on app content
  • Track bugs and feedback related to localized content, and enable and manage testing and QA across languages
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for internationalization and localization best practices from early product stages
  • Troubleshoot localization issues, file formatting, and handoff processes in collaboration with engineering, copy, UX, design
  • Localize multimedia content such as videos and meditations for the app by coordinating voice over recordings and implementing subtitles to ensure a seamless, culturally relevant user experience across markets.
  • Monitor and analyze localization performance and feedback to iterate and improve user experience globally

We would love to have You on our team, if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing localization or globalization projects, preferably for mobile apps or digital products
  • A solid understanding of the software localization process, from key creation, file preparation to review and QA
  • Experience working with localization platforms (e.g., Phrase, Lokalise, Smartling) and familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or Slack
  • Experience with testing localized app content, understanding of i18n constraints and mobile UX
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working in an evolving, fast-paced environment
  • A sharp eye for detail, and a passion for language quality and cultural relevance
  • Fluency in English
