About the Role

A global marketing localization agency serving the streaming and entertainment industry is looking for a Content Operations Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery, profitability, and client relationship for two to three high-volume creative production workstreams. Despite the “production” framing, this is fundamentally an ownership role — part project manager, part product manager, part operations leader — for someone who can run a workstream like a business, lead a distributed global team, and be the trusted production lead for major streaming clients.

You’ll oversee the localized production of creative marketing assets — synopsis copywriting, title treatments, artwork, and subtitling — across multiple languages and markets, ensuring every deliverable meets brand, linguistic, and quality standards before it goes back to the client. You will also be accountable for the financial health of your workstreams, driving efficiency, automation, and margin.

This is a role for a leader, not a task manager. You’ll have real autonomy to introduce change, improve workflows, and shape how the work gets done at scale.

What You’ll Own

Workstream Delivery & Operations

  • Lead the delivery of 2-3 concurrent localization workstreams producing multilingual creative assets for streaming clients
  • Own quality assurance across deliverables — including linguistic QC, brand and safety-zone compliance, color/source matching on title treatments, and feeding QC data back to the client
  • Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements to drive efficiency in a fast-moving, 24/7 global production model

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a global team of 4-8 Production Coordinators across multiple time zones
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, audio-visual, CX, and other internal teams to scale operations smoothly
  • Set standards, model accountability, and build a high-performance, feedback-rich team culture

Client Partnership

  • Serve as the lead production point of contact for your workstreams
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with major streaming and entertainment clients
  • Add value beyond execution — anticipate client needs and proactively bring solutions

Workstream Profitability

  • Own the financial performance of your workstreams — forecasts, quotes, billing, and cost-of-sale
  • Monitor KPIs, track profitability, and make data-driven decisions to hit financial targets
  • Treat your workstream like a product line with real commercial ownership

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in operations, account management, program management, or localization — with a track record of owning delivery and adding strategic value
  • Experience managing enterprise-level creative or campaign programs at scale
  • Proven people leadership, ideally managing global or distributed teams
  • Strong command of Jira (or comparable workflow/resource management tooling) — this is a must-have
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills for data-led analysis and reporting
  • Data-driven decision-making with genuine commercial and P&L awareness
  • Streaming, entertainment, media, or creative localization industry background strongly preferred
  • An AI-forward mindset — comfortable using approved tools to streamline creative workflows and eliminate low-value tasks
