Studio Manager and Video Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Studio Manager and Video Specialist to oversee the technical execution of video production and corporate webcast initiatives. This role requires hands-on expertise in studio operations, video editing, equipment management, and live broadcasting. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple production workflows simultaneously to ensure high-quality, consistent output across platforms.

Major Responsibilities

Webcast & Webinar Management

  • Manage all aspects of corporate webcasts and webinars, both live and pre-recorded, ensuring seamless delivery, technical reliability, and high production value.

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit and produce a wide range of video content, including webinars, internal communications, and social media videos.
  • Support filming needs and implement workflows to improve studio efficiency and elevate production quality.

Studio Equipment Oversight

  • Oversee and maintain all studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and broadcasting tools, ensuring everything is functional, up-to-date, and ready for use.

Content Localization

  • Coordinate the localization of video content, including narration and captions, to support global accessibility.
  • Develop and manage workflows for translation, voiceovers, and captioning.

YouTube Management & Content Curation

  • Oversee the company’s YouTube channel: curate and upload content, optimize performance, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain and organize the production team’s video repository.

Social Media Video Support

  • Support the creation and editing of short-form videos for social media, in collaboration with the brand and communications teams.
  • Ensure creative quality and consistency across all visual content.

Desired Background

  • Proven experience in video editing, studio management, and webcast production, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Familiarity with webinar and live broadcasting tools (e.g., vMix, Zoom, Vimeo).
  • Experience managing YouTube content, with a good understanding of video SEO and platform optimization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with content localization processes, including captions and voiceover integration, is a strong advantage.
