🚀 We’re hiring: Project Manager
At Taika, we work with global clients across localization and multilingual content production, combining strong project management, specialized teams, and technology to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of a portfolio of localization projects from start to finish.
If you’re someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, building strong client relationships, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and finding solutions when priorities shift, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
• Manage localization projects end-to-end, from intake and scoping through final delivery
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
• Coordinate translators, DTP specialists, QAers, and other external resources
• Manage client expectations, deadlines, and project escalations
• Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes before they impact delivery
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client-specific requirements
• Prepare quotes and monitor project budgets, costs, and margins
• Work closely with our Senior Project Manager and Operations team to keep projects running smoothly
What we’re looking for
• Previous Project Management experience within the translation/localization industry
• Strong understanding of localization workflows and vendor management
• Experience managing budgets, margins, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced English skills
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment
