Technical Support Agent with German and English

This is your job:

  • Analyze and promptly respond to customer queries related to the client’s platform.
  • Develop expertise in our systems, evolving into a “Bot Builder.”
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to shaping and enhancing customer support processes.
  • Perform translation activities between German and English for website, product, and knowledge base localization needs.
  • Dedicate yourself to finding solutions to problems and proposing improvements to elevate the overall customer experience.

Your qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably in the tech industry, with SaaS experience considered a plus.
  • Strong background in a software environment.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Effective collaboration skills and a supportive mindset for team members.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems, find solutions to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions in written communication.
  • Agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quick learning ability, and adaptability to changes in the product.
  • Monitoring project progress and anticipating potential roadblocks.
  • Desirable: Basic understanding of Javascript and/or Typescript
