Our client—a global marketing and communications leader—is looking for a Transcreation Project Manager to oversee the adaptation of high-impact campaigns across diverse international markets. In this role, you’ll bridge creative vision with cultural nuance, ensuring every message feels authentic—no matter the language or region.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of transcreation projects—from scoping and quoting to final delivery and post-mortem review.
  • Collaborate across time zones with internal creatives, account teams, translators, and clients to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, updates, and feedback cycles—building trust and exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure quality, budget, and timing goals are consistently met, while identifying ways to streamline processes or add value.
  • Help drive account growth by spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities and suggesting innovative localization strategies.
  • Leverage tools like MemoQ, Smartling, XTM, Wrike, or Workfront to keep everything on track and on point.

✅ You Bring:

  • 3+ years of project/account management experience, ideally in a creative agency, localization agency, or transcreation environment.
  • A solid grasp of the transcreation process—you understand how to balance cultural adaptation with creative integrity.
  • Experience managing multilingual campaigns across print, digital, and social channels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a knack for juggling competing priorities.
  • Exceptional English communication (written and verbal) and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort managing remote teams and distributed workflows.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 55k/year-65k/year. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
