Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in immigration law services and legal support, is seeking a Translator to join its legal support team. The role works closely with attorneys and legal staff, translating legal documents and communications while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural appropriateness. The position plays a key role in facilitating communication between the legal team and a multicultural client base.
Key Responsibilities
Translate legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, immigration forms, official documents, and client communications.
Provide linguistic support by translating emails, letters, and written correspondence.
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure legal terminology is translated accurately.
Research legal terminology and concepts when necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information.
Proofread and review translations to ensure quality and consistency.
Support communication between English and Spanish speaking clients and legal professionals.
Must-Have Qualifications
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Previous experience as a Translator, preferably in a legal or immigration environment.
Strong understanding of legal terminology.
Excellent grammar, spelling, syntax, and writing skills in both languages.
Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Law, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience using translation software or CAT tools.
Immigration law experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:36 PM
Salary: 22,200MXN Gross Monthly
