Position Summary

The Vendor Content Specialist – Content takes the lead in managing diverse resource-related content including banners and website vendor profiles and launch kits—ensuring seamless alignment with our overarching Marketplace Content Operations strategy. By creating, updating, and organizing these essential materials, this role plays a vital part in delivering a cohesive user experience to both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Create, revise, and track banners, launch kits, and other supporting resources that capture key product or vendor information.
  • Orchestrate and manage the end-to-end translation process for Marketplace content.
  • Ensure all localized content aligns with brand standards and meets unique regional requirements.
  • Identify outdated or inacurrate content, propose improvements, and take action to maintain high-quality and relevant resources.
  • Setup and configures analytics for Marketplace content and monetization programs.
  • Manages and maintains reporting and deliverables to vendors and stakeholders across Pax8.
  • Updates and maintains various Marketplace features to ensure timely publication, accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide resource-related support for larger initiatives, helping to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Project delivery – Partner on planning, scheduling, and executing tasks related to Marketplace Content, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in product operations, content management, localization, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences (e.g., internal teams, vendors).
  • Ability to develop and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Capable of interpreting complex or sometimes conflicting information; able to derive insights and propose actionable solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to create and maintain accurate documentation for content, workflows, or project tasks.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and acting as a self-starter on multifaceted projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building effective partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
