What You Will Do

Interpretation & Translation:Provide accurate, high-quality Japanese-English and English-Japanese interpretation and translation for meetings, technical discussions, client calls, and corporate documents.

IT Domain Alignment:Handle specialized translation and communication covering software, infrastructure, development cycles, and general tech-related matters.

Cross-Cultural Coordination:Act as the primary communication bridge between local teams, international clients, and Japanese counterparts to ensure project clarity.

Documentation Support:Translate and refine general business documentation, emails, process guides, and technical specifications with precision.
What We Are Looking For

Language Proficiency:JLPT N2 or higher certification (Mandatory).

Industry Experience:Proven professional experience working within theIT industry(Mandatory), allowing you to easily navigate technical vocabulary and concepts.

Communication Skills:Exceptional bilingual verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of business etiquette in both Japanese and English.

Functional Scope:While leadership is not the core focus, previous management or supervisory experience is welcome as an added advantage. Your day-to-day will focus squarely on translation, interpretation, and communication excellence.
