What is adjusted word count? Let’s take World of Warcraft as an example. In this game, you are leveling your character. And you have a bunch of attributes like stamina, strength, intellect and agility. And then of course, you have this one important number, which is your actual level. So in a way, if you have a level 60 versus level 70, we can kind of like guess that level 70 will be stronger. And we don’t even need to look at the individual attributes of your strength, your stamina or your intellect. And that is what essentially adjusted word count is, but this is related to translation. So when we do analysis, in localization, we get a bunch of numbers according to different tea and match categories, which is very difficult to inspect because each different category requires a different effort. That’s why we want to kind of like summarize all these different categories with one number, and that is the adjusted word count. So in a way, it’s kind of like a level in World of Warcraft.
